Almansa 11: a historic building in central Seville

Almansa 11 is a coliving inside one of the older buildings of Seville's Arenal district, between the bullring and the river. The apartments are themed around literature and opera, and the operator rents them by the week or the month rather than by the night.

What Almansa 11 Does

• Weekly or monthly stays. Flexible entry and exit dates, which is unusual for a coliving and useful if your travel does not fall on calendar months.

Why It Makes Sense for Nomads

Seville is underrated as a base. It is cheaper than Madrid or Barcelona, small enough to cross on foot, and has the kind of street life that makes a solo month feel less solo. The catch has always been housing: the centre is dominated by tourist flats priced by the night.

A coliving at around 550 euros a month sits well below that, and the flexible dates mean you can take three weeks rather than being pushed into a full month.

Be realistic about two things. Seville in July and August is genuinely punishing heat, so check what the building offers for cooling before booking a summer stay. And the site is mostly in Spanish, with booking handled through a WhatsApp form rather than an online checkout.
