The coworking space reports 233 Mbps and in-room connections around 99 Mbps. Minimum stay is three nights, which is short for a coliving.

Bali Bustle: several houses and a coworking space in south Bali

Bali Bustle is a multi-site coliving operator in the Kuta, Legian and Seminyak area, with five locations including a dedicated coworking building. It is one of the larger and longer-running options on the island, with more than four hundred Google reviews behind it.

What Bali Bustle Does

  • Five locations across south Bali. Sunset, Kuta, Mertanadi, Pararaton and the Bustle Base coworking space, so you can pick a neighbourhood rather than take what is free.
  • Private rooms at several tiers. Deluxe rooms from around 8.7 million rupiah a month, lofts and family rooms above that. No dorms.
  • A separate coworking building. Reported at 233 Mbps down, against roughly 99 Mbps in the rooms, which is the split most colivings do not disclose.
  • A three night minimum. Unusually short, so it works as a landing pad while you look for something longer.
  • Membership perks and a cafe. Events, discounts and a house cafe that gives the community somewhere to collect.

Why It Makes Sense for Nomads

Bali remains the highest-density remote-work destination on earth, and south Bali is its most connected corner: close to the airport, walkable to the beach, and dense with restaurants and gyms. Canggu gets the attention, but Kuta and Seminyak are cheaper and less saturated than they were.

The three night minimum is genuinely useful. Most Bali colivings want a month up front, which is a real gamble on a neighbourhood you have never lived in. Landing here for a few nights and deciding afterwards is a better order of operations.

Be clear-eyed about the area. This is the busy, built-up side of the island rather than the rice-field version in the brochures, and traffic is the daily tax you pay for the convenience.

Pricing

Private rooms from around 8.7 million rupiah a month, roughly 500 euros, with lofts and larger rooms above that. Three night minimum.

A practical first base in Bali, with the flexibility to leave if the neighbourhood is not for you.
