Bedndesk: a block from the beach in Mallorca

Bedndesk is a coliving and coworking house in S'Arenal on Mallorca's south coast, close enough to the Mediterranean that the beach is a one block walk. It is deliberately small and quiet, aimed at people who want to get work done rather than at a party house.

Why It Makes Sense for Nomads

Mallorca is better set up for a working month than its package-holiday reputation suggests. Palma is a real city with an international airport, the island has excellent cycling and hiking, and the shoulder seasons are long and mild.

Flat year-round pricing is the practical detail here. Mallorca in July normally costs several times what it does in November, so a fixed sub-1,000 rate is worth most exactly when the island is at its busiest and most expensive.

S'Arenal itself is a resort strip rather than a picturesque village, which is the honest trade for being on the beach at this price. Palma is a short bus or bike ride away when you want the old town.
