Casa Gori is a coliving, art studio and regenerative garden project in a century-old farmhouse in Valencia's huerta, planned to open in April 2027. It is designed around entrepreneurship, art and nature, with private rooms and a three month minimum stay. It is not taking bookings yet, but the waitlist is open.
Casa Gori: a Valencia farmhouse opening in 2027
Casa Gori is a coliving under construction in Valencia's huerta, the historic market-garden belt around the city. The project combines three things deliberately: a coliving, an art studio and regenerative gardens, in a century-old farmhouse.
What Casa Gori Will Do
- A century-old farmhouse in the huerta. Rural setting within reach of Valencia rather than a city apartment.
- An art studio at the centre. Space for making things, treated as a core need rather than an amenity.
- Regenerative gardens. The land is part of the concept, not a courtyard, with the aim of a working ecosystem.
- A three month minimum. Aimed at residents rather than visitors, mixing locals with travelling internationals.
- Private rooms from around 1,200 euros a month. Indicative, since the house has not opened.
Why It Makes Sense for Nomads
Valencia has quietly become one of the most liveable cities in Europe: beach, mountains, a huge park through the old riverbed, excellent food, and prices below Barcelona or Madrid. The huerta is the green belt that supplies it, and living out there while staying twenty minutes from the city is an unusual combination.
The founders frame the project around four things they think a good life needs: purpose, regular social contact, creative expression and contact with nature. Whether or not you buy the framing, it explains the three month minimum and the mix of locals and internationals, both of which point at something more like a residency than a stopover.
The essential caveat: this is not open. Opening is planned for April 2027, no bookings are being taken, and the only thing available now is the waitlist. Treat the details as intentions rather than facts.
Pricing
Indicated from around 1,200 euros a month with a three month minimum. Not confirmed, since the house has not opened.
Worth a waitlist spot if a long creative stay near Valencia is on your 2027 list.
