Coliving Sardinia

Categories

As We Flow is a five room coliving in Porto Cervo, northern Sardinia, aimed at remote workers who climb and practise yoga. It runs seasonally from March to June and October to December, with private and shared rooms from around 950 euros a month and a two week minimum. The hosts also guide bouldering in the Gallura region and rent crash pads.

As We Flow: a Sardinian coliving for climbers

As We Flow is a small coliving near Porto Cervo on Sardinia's north coast, started by two travellers who wanted a base that combined remote work with climbing and yoga. It has five rooms, which sets the tone: the community is the household, not a building full of strangers.

What As We Flow Does

  • Five private and shared rooms. Single rooms with a shared bathroom at the entry rate, doubles with private bathrooms above that.
  • Bouldering across Gallura. The hosts guide the granite areas of northern Sardinia and rent crash pads, which removes the main obstacle to climbing somewhere new.
  • Daily yoga. Practice by the sea in season, plus weekly online classes that continue after you leave.
  • A seasonal calendar. Open March to June and October to December, avoiding the peak summer crush on the Costa Smeralda.
  • A working setup. Around 100 Mbps reported by the operator, with a two week minimum stay.

Why It Makes Sense for Nomads

Sardinia in shoulder season is close to ideal and almost nobody works from there. The island empties out after August, the water stays swimmable into October, and prices fall away from the yacht-harbour rates that Porto Cervo is famous for in July.

The climbing is the specific draw. Gallura's granite is world class and barely developed for visitors, so having hosts who know the areas and lend you the pads is worth more than the room.

Two limits worth knowing. Five rooms means it books out and it is not a place to arrive at short notice, and the closed months are closed, so this cannot be a year-round base.

Pricing

From around 950 euros a month for a single room, with a nightly rate around 40 euros for shorter stays and doubles above that. Two week minimum.

A climbing trip with a desk in it, in the months when the island belongs to locals.
