CoNomad: private apartments in Corralejo
CoNomad is a coliving in Corralejo, at the northern tip of Fuerteventura, built entirely around private apartments. There are no dorms and no shared rooms: the options are lofts, studios and junior suites, taken by the month.
What CoNomad Does
- All-private apartments. Loft, studio and junior suite layouts, each self-contained.
- A 30 night minimum. The model is monthly stays rather than short visits.
- Customisable packages. Rates are assembled per booking rather than listed, so what you pay depends on the apartment and the length.
- A coworking and community setup. Alongside the private accommodation.
- A Corralejo location. Close to the dunes, the surf breaks and the ferry to Lanzarote.
Why It Makes Sense for Nomads
Fuerteventura offers the most consistent wind and waves in the Canaries, and Corralejo is the town built around that. The island is dry and warm all year, and being in the EU with the euro removes most of the administrative friction of a long winter stay.
Private apartments are the right choice for a specific group: couples, people who take calls at unpredictable hours, and anyone who has done shared houses and wants the community without the shared bathroom. You get neighbours and a coworking space without living in a group house.
Two caveats. Rates are not published at all, so a booking starts with a conversation. And the operator's website did not load when checked in August 2026, despite 106 reviews at 4.7, so confirm the business is running before making plans.
