Cove: a regional co-living platform, with an Uluwatu house

Cove is a large co-living operator across Southeast and East Asia, running curated furnished rentals in Indonesia, Singapore, South Korea and Japan. Cove Prana is one of its Bali properties, on the Bukit peninsula near Uluwatu and Jimbaran, with ocean views, a rooftop terrace and a pool.

What Cove Does

Why It Makes Sense for Nomads

Bali's Bukit peninsula is the quieter alternative to Canggu, with the best surf on the island at Uluwatu, cliffs instead of rice fields, and a slower pace. It has become popular enough to support good cafes and coworking without matching Canggu's congestion.

Cove's real advantage is administrative. Renting in Indonesia normally means a year up front and negotiating in a market you do not know. A platform with standard contracts, published prices and housekeeping is dramatically simpler, and the same account works if you move to Jakarta, Singapore or Seoul.

Understand what this is. Cove is closer to managed rental housing than to a community coliving, so expect neighbours rather than shared dinners. The site is primarily in Indonesian with an English toggle.
