Why It Makes Sense for Nomads

Koh Phangan has grown well beyond its full moon party reputation and is now one of Asia's larger nomad islands, with coworking spaces, wellness studios and a substantial long-stay population. It is warm year round, cheap once you are off the tourist strip, and easy to reach through Koh Samui.

The community-only tier is the interesting option. If you have already found accommodation, paying for access to the group, the events and the network is a lower-commitment way in, and few operators offer that separately.

The main caveat is price. At around 2,495 dollars a month with accommodation, this is expensive for Thailand, where the same money goes a long way independently. You are paying for the structure and the people rather than the room.
