Hiroshima Setouchi Nomad Fest 2026 is a three-week workation program running October 11 to November 1, 2026, where remote workers from around the world live, work and explore together across Hiroshima City and Matsuyama in Japan's Setouchi region. Organised by the Digital Nomads Hiroshima community, it splits into two phases: an urban connection phase in Hiroshima (Oct 11 to 25) built around networking, workshops, cultural immersion and weekend nature trips, and a slower retreat phase in Matsuyama and the Setouchi islands (Oct 25 to Nov 1) centred on hot springs, castles and local literary culture. The theme is "Yohaku: Feel Your Growth". Participants can join for a single week or stay the full three weeks, with separate Hiroshima, Matsuyama and All Access passes.
