Hubs Swiss Alps Lenk

Categories

Hubs runs seasonal workations across Europe, including a property in Lenk in the Swiss Alps with private rooms, studios and apartments from around 633 Swiss francs a month. Other destinations include Adelboden, Bovec, Tromso, Zanzibar, Piran, Stavanger, Nice and Budapest. Seasons are dated and groups are capped at around 32 people.

Hubs: dated workation seasons across Europe

Hubs Travel runs coliving seasons rather than year-round houses. Each destination opens for a defined block, usually a season, with a capped group, and the network stretches from the Swiss Alps to Zanzibar. The Lenk property in the Bernese Oberland is one of the alpine anchors.

What Hubs Does

  • Dated seasons rather than rolling bookings. Lenk runs an autumn block, Bovec a winter one, Adelboden spring and autumn, each with published dates.
  • Groups capped around 32. Big enough for a community, small enough to know people.
  • A wide destination range. Swiss Alps at Lenk and Adelboden, Slovenian Alps at Bovec, plus Tromso, Zanzibar, Piran, Stavanger, Nice, Livno, Broumov, Budapest and London.
  • Several room types. Private rooms, studios and apartments, from around 633 Swiss francs a month at Lenk in autumn.
  • A 30 night minimum. With prices quoted monthly or weekly by destination.

Why It Makes Sense for Nomads

Switzerland for 633 francs a month is the kind of number that makes you check twice. Lenk is a proper alpine village in the Bernese Oberland with skiing, hiking and mountain views, and this is a fraction of what a month there normally costs.

The season structure is the real design choice. Everyone arrives into the same block, which produces a cohort rather than a rotating cast, and the destination list means you can follow the network from Alpine autumn to Zanzibar winter.

Two practical points. Popular seasons sell out well ahead, and the Lenk rooms were showing as sold out at the time of writing, so book early. Swiss tourism tax is added on top of the quoted rate.

Pricing

Lenk from around 633 to 700 Swiss francs a month in the autumn season, plus tourism tax. Other destinations from about 420 to 720 euros a month.

Alpine Switzerland at Balkan prices, if you book the season early enough.
