Why It Makes Sense for Nomads

Cape Town is the value story: an exceptional city with mountains, beaches and food, at a fraction of European or American costs, and now with a remote work visa. Having a dozen properties there means you can pick between the CBD, the Atlantic Seaboard and the winelands without changing operator.
