Why It Makes Sense for Nomads

South Korea is one of the most connected and best-organised countries in the world, and Seoul is a genuinely great city to spend months in: mountains inside the city, 24 hour everything, world-class public transport, and food culture that rewards curiosity endlessly.

Housing is the barrier. Korean rentals traditionally involve jeonse or large key-money deposits, and short-term furnished options aimed at foreigners are limited and expensive. A coliving with a two week minimum removes that entirely.
