Slovguide is a Bratislava-based reference guide to the bureaucracy of living in Slovakia. It was built for Ukrainians who moved after 2022, and most of it applies to any foreigner working through the same offices.

Why It Makes Sense for Nomads

Slovakia is not a headline nomad destination, which is exactly why this is useful: there is far less English-language material about its residence and tax offices than there is about Portugal or Spain. If you are settling in Bratislava or Kosice for longer than a tourist stay, this is the kind of guide that saves a wasted morning at a counter.

One honest caveat: the site is in Ukrainian and Russian only. If you read neither, browser translation handles it well enough for orientation, but check anything decisive against the official Slovak source.
