What The Summit Does

• Talks, workshops and presentations: families sharing what has actually worked, rather than a vendor exhibition.
• A supervised kids camp: scheduled activities, challenges, team games and art, which means the parents can genuinely attend the sessions.
• Twice a year: spring in or around Mexico, autumn in or around Asia or Europe, so it is reachable from most travel routes.
• Several days long: recent editions have run five days, long enough for friendships to form rather than for badges to be exchanged.

Why It Makes Sense for Nomads

Worldschooling is mostly practised alone. Families make it up, quietly worry they are getting it wrong, and read blogs written by people whose circumstances do not match theirs. A summit compresses years of that into a few days of talking to people who have already hit the problem you are on.

The kids camp is what makes it work as a family event rather than a parent event. Conferences that expect you to bring children and then park them are useless to the audience they claim to serve; running a real supervised programme in parallel is the difference between attending and merely being present.

It is also unusually affordable. Recent editions have been priced at a fraction of a typical industry conference and included venue admission and the kids programme, which puts it within reach of families already stretched by the lifestyle.
